I've had 1-2-Call (AIS) for ten years. Finally bought a Samsung J3(2016) smart phone and AIS changed out my old sim for a new small sim that fits into the smart phone and has all the old contacts transferred for me. Use Bangkok online to top up 150 baht at a time. Also use the 30 baht option if I want to extend my time a month at a time.

I have always used DTAC.

I have never had a contract, always bought pay as you go.

Presently I pay 119 baht a week plus VAT. That gives me unlimited mobile data plus unlimited calls to DTAC which is beneficial as Porn, her mum, her sisters and brothers are on DTAC.

My mate Andy also has DTAC whilst on his extended holidays so it's a worthwhile deal for me.

I wonder if it's possible to get a contract/postpaid without a work permit?
