  4. I suppose that makes sense as everyone in the position to apply does so to avoid the new rules. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk
  5. It also took 4 weeks for Mrs D's application to be processed.
  6. I don't think that it will be possible to apply for citizenship with out passing Life in the UK test under the new rules Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk
  7. If she already has ILR and has passed her Life in the UK test, then it's probably the time to apply. The new rules will require Life in the UK and a B1 language qualification from an approved examination body. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk
  8. The goalposts are being moved on the 28th October. For an application for citizenship to be considered under the pre 28 October requirements, the application will need to be received by UK Visas & Immigration by Friday 25 October 2013 (the last working day before the change). We do not receive a postal delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

    Visas Are Getting Harder

Well as of today for I'm finished with all this shite as the wife received a letter from the Home Office this morning granting her UK Citizenship. Only the Citizenship ceremony to attend and she can apply for a UK passport. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk

    Visa Agents..........

There is little doubt that the agents know how to dot the I's and cross the t's. I used Paul for the wife's fiance visa and was very happy with the service he provided. I have since completed her FLR, ILR and her Citizenship applications myself. Found them time consuming to do but not difficult. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk 4

    Visa For China, Need Information

The process is not that difficult when attempted from your own country. I have no experience of attempting to apply for a Chinese visa while resident in another country. Like all visas if you supply all the relevant information it's easy enough.
