  1. Have to say on ours it sailed through, I think as long as you have all the requirements and its a genuine relationship etc then its straight forward. but expensive.
  2. I’m new here

I'd have to argue with that.
  3. Same here mate, couldn't be happier.
  4. Same, apart from job seekers allowance for 3 months in 2014 whilst looking after my Mum and Dad I've had nothing. I've only done 5 weeks work this year since April (getting frustrated now lol) and I've still had nothing off of the government. Never been nicked, no record, no mortgage etc etc and still had to apply twice and show salaries etc to try and get her here. The requirement has changed I believe and I think you can show property etc for the financial requirement now.
  5. Sadly the fact that you married in the UK makes no difference to the process.
  6. back in the pond lol. The wife and I have been together for 16 years now, married 14.
  7. Why doesn't she do the English course and test again with an approved college?
  8. Christmas Dinner Options 2017

I'd of no doubt had mine at Tigglebitties if there, for the company mainly as I'm not too bothered about Xmas dinner.
  9. I was even more proud when she passed her actual driving test first time.
  10. The wife had the Driving theory test app on her phone and studied and studied and then passed 1st time, I was very proud of her.
  11. Have To agree. I know quite a few Thai girls here and they've all passed.
  12. Now she's here I'll no doubt to it all myself.
  13. Gotcha. Not sure if I'll still be here for when my old womans stuff needs to be done but then again on the otherhand I didn't want to move there too young.
  14. But what if (god forbid) they don't renew the leave to remain or make it a condition that she has to pass? Can they do that?
