Do you like a good curry?

Recommended Posts

I do like a good curry at least once a week

Chicken for the meat and peppers onions sweet corn and pineapple half mild powder and half hot powder and coconut milk.

It makes a very good fruity curry.. I do like a good curry with a few tins, do you ?

Sick to death of paella to be honest, can't wait to get home, get her back chained to the kitchen and Panang churned out in industrial scale.

You should do your own utube curry cooking channel mate.

There's money in that, loads of people viewing, advertising etc.

Should maybe take this to PM, don't want some cunt stealing our idea.

I start with pan cooking 4 chicken breasts cubed to size add pepper and salt.

Same with the onions and peppers (yellow red and green) pan fry them until soft.

Now for the large cooking pot, place the cooked chicken and unions, peppers and add two tins of chopped tomatoes.

Part boil a pint of water not too hot, add tree table spoons of hot curry powder and three table spoons of mild curry powder and whisk until its mixed and add to the pot.

Add one tin of sweet corn ( add the juice if the curry is too thick )

let it simmer away for a good few hours. then on the last hour add a full tin of chopped pineapples with the juice.

Then simmer with the lid of until it thickens up.

I like it with a jacket potato.

As Matthew says, can't always be having rice with your curry.

Jacket potato and a big plate of vindaloo works for me.
