That was the original roof when the house was build by the Missus mom many moons ago, and with limited resources I suppose at the time.

The rebuild.is in one of my previous building report

Agreed but that would be too steep for Thailand 🇹🇭 I think 🤔

one I did last year took 3 months.basically a loft conversion at Magdalene college in Cambridge.what im getting at is the strength of the structure.ive read spiceys post and so will leave it at that.
