Yamaha Xmax 300

Recommended Posts

Well went and bought myself an early birthday present. Had looked at the Honda Rebel 500 decided against it. This is more practical for both of us going out and about.

Thought you were about to do the same as the jeans and washing machine guy. I was ready with a smart ass answer.

Congrats on your new steed ... better than a Rebel I can’t see what you would have used that for  ... each to their own ...

Now don’t go getting bored 😑

Just back from a rip round the mountains ⛰ and a burger in bikers cafe ...

To stop being bored I watch the Testcard on TV 📺 for hours on end 🤣🤣🤣

Cheers. Had a look at the Forza, looks ok in pictures but when you see it, nah just doesn't do it.

First 60 clicks done already. Really good bike to ride and didn't even feel like I had a passenger.

Out for a good run this morning, the bike really is a joy to ride. Rear suspension isn't that great , especially with a passenger so will look into upgrading it.

You could easily go touring, with a passenger, on this bike.

A lad I know has done Chiangmai on one .. Two up with luggage I would want more power , but you could for sure ...

Funny the PCX I got last year the suspension had been improved a lot ? Different bike though ...

I was on road at 8.00 what a fantastic morning for riding 👍😍

New rear suspension fitted along with new floorboard plates.

Can certainly feel the difference with the new suspension. 20191009_120511-1512x2016.jpg

X-Speed at the top of Lengkee.

I'll need to read up on setting them up for 1 or 2 people.

@Parky Is this the road you mentioned before. Buddha in the rock to Bikers Cafe.

Part is , but it comes out on the 323  I think it is , you take a sharp left just past lake ... I would guess where the 24 min tag is ... You join the 3 from the 331 then double back to get to the cafe ....

The left it’s just round a corner and is a steepish hill almost a hairpin looks as if it goes nowhere  then follow road right ... then left at T junction ... you will recognise 331 at lights it’s a right then right in 3 ... double back just past roadworks 🚧 ... may be  that way , safe travels 🙏🏼
