I actually think the dentist here is cheaper.

£250 odd max for all work, normal check up only 20 something.

:)

I can't think of anything else to be honest.

I have bought many made to measure suits and shirts in Phuket and Pattaya over the years; unbelievably cheap compared to tailors back home but quality isn't always the best.

medical A-Z

Beach "Staycations"

Utility Costs

Housing

Most all of my other living expenses are actually quite a bit more here in Bangkok than they would be in USA

the obvious thing is dining out"CHEAP AS CHIPS".

Pattaya? Really? Not if you want decent food. The amount of shite I was served over three/four months was shocking. Not exactly ‘cheap as chips’ either. Food there has fallen off a cliff in terms of quality.

Ok I don't live there anymore but there were some superb "higher end" restaurants in Pattaya which compared to here were very good value.

:)
