The higher spec Model on Amazon is £1202

http://www.amazon.co.UK/Apple-ME662B-Launched-Dual-Core-Processor/dp/B00BHB6OGU

That is 17% off of the RRP

Have they got that wrong too. I have an Amazon account and took it to the shopping basket and that is what they are selling them at

Or is there a higher spec than that ??

I could always ask Amazon if they would be prepared to sell it to me for more ? :fun:

There is also a statutory warranty which gives a minimum of 2 year in the whole of EU.

EU-wide Consumer Laws: 2 years (minimum) from date of delivery, 5 years in Scotland and 6 years in the rest of the UK

Lol, well yes and no. Because unless I was in Thailand, it would be far more expensive ie a £600 plane fair for a start :fun: So it work out cheaper for me to buy one here especially as I can buy one for £1,114.98 with a year warranty or in baht, 54,364.

Its about £85 dearer than the offer you mentioned in Post 1

Are the ones on offer Thai or English Keyboard and language ??

It's about the saving people get when they return to UK, plane fare lol

You just try to start a pathetic argument, there is a big savings to be made buying here in Thailand the numbers don't lie unlike you...

No lie from me, I just linked some sites, selling MacBooks. I thought it was a discussion not an argument. I am not arguing your figures. There is a saving of £85, as I have shown, so, yes, I agree that it is cheaper to buy one in Thailand, if you are going to take it back to UK, as long as the warranty is valid there and the machine can be sent to Apple UK if it should develop a fault.
