  1. Few years since I was there, probably 5 or 6. If you want an adventure in old Asia.....real old Asia I’d say it’s worth a go, but you need to get out of Yangon and go to places like Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake. The nightlife was next to nothing when I went, it might have changed but I’d be surprised if it was at the level you were looking for now. Doubt you will find bars with girls in attendance. It was mostly ‘beer shops’ with no air on when I went, I think you like your aircon so you might be stuck to drinking in hotels, but as I say it was a few years since I went. The adventure part should be the same though.....

Premier league? Seems Romanian top division is the more appropriate level.... 🙈

    Montreal now

There’s one of those fkers here in Nottingham, cats everywhere......don’t get it would never consider going inside. Are they for kids or something?
  4. Just demonstrates the priorities between mid table premier league and Scottish football. Basically confirms Scottish football is pants......(for the small number that didn’t know it already).
  5. Fkn hell.....looks good ☺️
  6. It was alright, worth a look probably give it 6/10. The real guy who it happened to couldn’t attend the premiere as he was in prison for burgling his neighbours lol.

    VAR

Should be used to yellow card people that are diving, one of the worst things about football....

    England 2030

    UK and Ireland then.....
  9. Irrespective of that I think there would be enough demand for the route to do well.

    wizz air anybody

Yeah I’ve used them a couple of times, absolutely fine, just like ryanair/easyjet etc

    Thai Air

Last month mate, still as good as ever it was the A380. I haven’t been EVA for a few years now, I always thought they were fine but Thai are better now that EVA were back then. I’d probably pay a bit more for Thai than I would EVA....
  12. Needed to happen, sometimes there must be 20+ big speedboats lined up there in the beach. They need to restrict all the big boats coming from Phuket/Krabi carrying 30-40 people. Maybe just allow x number of boats from Phi Phi each day.....
  13. Not sure if it’s still the case, but when I went to Myanmar 5 years ago or so there was literally no other way to get cash, no ATM’s or anything. So if you didn’t bring enough with you, you were stuffed. There was a couple ‘shops’ that would exchange the less than perfect notes, but they were hard to find and you got an appalling rate, something like half of true value.
  14. I always ask the bank for clean notes because this has happened a lot over the years, some countries are worse than others. Myanmar was the worst, would only accept virtually brand new dollar bills, even ones that had been folded were rejected...

  16. Trip advisor should always be used with caution, some score higher simply because they are cheap rather than the food being high quality....
  17. Cafe des Amis is top of my list for western places I’ve eaten at for sure.....
  18. I had a few days in Baguio on the way up to the cordillera mountains, not a bad place. There is a lot of hot Korean students floating around because there is a big English school there.....
  19. Does it? I’d say Paris and Rome sound more HiSo to be honest 🧐
  20. It’s funny, Switzerland seems very high on the list of many Thais to visit. I think because of the mountains, they don’t realise you can see spectacular Alpine views in France and Italy amongst other countries also....
  21. If you get a 6 month one say to Spain.....obviously you have to go to Spain as first port of entry. If you took a separate holiday 3 months later could you go to a different country or do you still have to enter in Spain first?
