Hi Mulphy, sorry I haven't been on the forum I thought it was finished. I came looking for you many times in Dec and Jan while out there, but I always missed you. I shall be out there from 29th Nov until 14th Jan and will come to see you. My old crowd are no longer, most having moved away or gone "home".

My farm hands might need to cuff the ends because they're short but they wouldn't have any problem at the waist other than it would be tight for one of them.

Haven't seen an answer to your question so I'm giving it a stab ... Dickies is maybe a 2nd tier jeans supplier in a sorting that would place Levis and Wranglers in a top tier and makes like Dickies, Lee, and Kirkland (COSTCO in house brand) in a lower tier. In Texas, most ranch hands would wear Wranglers, city folks Levis, and general yard word, manual labor something like Dickies. Well ... you did ask. Saw in another post that OP has offered them for 100 Baht for the pair. If I was around I'd get those for some farm hands. That's a giveaway price.

That is the top floor and it is MUCH hotter up there. The heat rises up through the bld. and stops there. Also the roof allows in a lot of heat. In the past, there have been issues with the roof leaking water into some 6 floor units. I think that has been fixed but the additional heat is a big issue as it will cost you more in electric each month. They are hard to rent and sell. The ceilings are also lower in the 6th floor units.

I guess its the top floor of the two low rise buildings , flat roofs .. solar gain and leaks .....

I did a second trip to Yangon in February. Stayed at the Park Royal again, its very comfortable, and has a huge breakfast buffet spread. Seafood buffets etc in the evening. Second floor has a Chinese restaurant. Pool is small. Downstairs is a nightclub with 20-30 ladies hanging around. In the daytime its interesting walking around, lots of photo opportunities, its not a big city, and still many old colonial buildings. Shwedagon Pagoda is a must visit. Yangon doesn't have a bar scene like Phnom Penh or Pattaya, its more like rural Isaan with ladies on a stage in traditional dress waiting for a garland, or to be invited to your table for a drink. Google JJ's, Emperor or Pioneer. Chinatown has a few massage shops but i didn't venture inside. Its not a mainstream mongering destination but a chance to see a different culture. If you want something more adventurous try Bagan in the north which has 4,000 plus temples and ruins....

I see no way to move or delete these offending photos so I guess they will remain for now. The higher-ups could delete them as they see fit and they certainly don't need my permission or approval to do so. I hope I have not personally offended anyone by posted these types of semi-nude photos. It won't happen again. I offer my apologies...

Top marks for helping a new member out , it’s nice to be nice is my mantra 🙏🏼😍

how24111.the first thing I would do is delete them and then post them in the relevant area if you wish.

You guys are WAY too much. You doubt and criticise everything that is posted. The worst part, is you somehow think you are being funny or cleaver. Your not, just boring. Stop with the Hate, you are driving people away from this forum. Imagine someone reading this dribble and was considering making a topic/post himself, I'm sure he would just stay quiet and no had to have many members attack his every word. As a said, If I knew someone who wanted them I would give them away for FREE...Thai's tend to be proud people and I will not cause them to lose face by asking them if they would like some second hand used jeans. Learn a little about Thailand. Do you really think I have plans to sell anything here ?? When this site averages 50 people a DAY...hahaha...Advertising is based on 'traffic' of which this site has almost zero traffic. Learn a little about sales and advertising.

TBH You would be better posting this stuff in one of the local rags..Pattaya People etc. I am sure there are many who would take this stuff off your hands. Parky is wasting your time with his usual trolling. That's his life!
  28. 2 points
Judging my the 100% of off topic posts, I don't think I will bother posting the 4 watches here. I don't need 10 pages of dribble. Of course, I am NOT specifically referring to you. Have a nice day....if your bike was so good, why sell it ??? why move on ?? what model bike ?? how much did you get for it ?? MOST importantly, to show GOOD faith, was it posted on this WONDERFUL SITE ??? if so, share a link...If you did NOT post it here, that speaks VOLUMES....

Not seeing the edit button so delete the part about sending me a p/m...Any comments or questions can be posted here. It's more fun that way...hahahahaha

I NEVER said any insults were directed at me personally BUT those kinds of posts certainly do not belong in the 'sale-rent' section of this wonderful website. I assume that people that created this site would like to have more than 50 people a DAY, yes not hour, on this site and unrelated posts cluttering up a sale/rent post will not help you to achieve a large following. Of course, your free to post anything anywhere.

OK...Let's put this thread back on track. "Nirun 'Corner' studio condo for rent"...
  32. 2 points
On a side note, I have a condo in Nirun that I am trying to rent...Enjoy yourself fellows. Another side note, many forums have a p/m messaging function for members that want to talk between themselves. At least. that is what I have heard. I could be wrong. haha..It's all good. I love Pattaya. Been here for 10 years non-stop. Great place. Lose/friendly women are my hobby.

That’s 42 for you , one only has to look at this thread ... Its difficult to make a post without a foolish and insulting remark , I should ignore him but scum like him don’t get an inch .. There you go , until the known offender starts his filth campaign... Was a good thread ,

Greetings all Pretty much everybody is pissed at Fakebook, Gulag, Microsquish, NSA, plus sundry script-kiddies, blackmailers, et al, harvesting our data, wasting our band-with with advertising, tracking apps, cookies and other sundry, expensive annoyances, so I decided to develop SNAILS, which is part of my KISS philosophy - sent it to a couple friends/partners who absolutely loved it - they all deployed it immediately, friends & foes alike - uploaded to our SF site where it has taken off ... no Ph.D required to use it ... possibly a great fit for a lot of non-business users here as it simply boots from a tiny USB stick... Y'all dont even need a computer when traveling - plug the SNAILS stick into an IC PC & reboot - baddabing ... This is a brand new spin, a play on the very good TAILS anonymous browser, if you will, using an excellent, stable rebuild of MX as a base – this baby is equally as lean & mean as our previous builds - it contains the basic OS, including a bunch of great MX Tools, as well as Audacious Music Player, Firefox 60 ESR, which has not been adulterated by anyone, and because its all loaded into RAM, nobody can futz with it... Anonymous Trashmail, as well as an excellent 10GB VPN, as well as Skype Web, Adblock, etc, should you really, really need to contact that hottie at the local convenience store, anonymously ... or send a bit of revenge porn for blowing you off ... everything works, as advertised Take a gander at the top right of the Firefox menubar - all the Adblock, VPN, Trashmail, Skype icons are located there - easy - with no trace of you, or your whereabouts, once you reboot!!! Everything is included, including the fabulously crazy Compiz, which will rock your graphics boat, baby. Once the live iso has loaded, hit Menu, Accessories, Compiz Start, now tap your mouse wheel, and roll it. Baddabing – as before the 'jack' a/c is already activated – same with Audacious – simply untick the speaker mute box, hit play, adjust volume sliders, etc.... enjoy CSN&Y A Permanent Installation, you say ...?? Easy-Peasy Y'all might want to use this iso as a base for building your very own O/S There are oodles of great apps to choose from - check MX Tools, MX Package Installer, browse thru everything Once the ‘live’ O/S has loaded, select System, Partition Editor or Gparted, enter ‘root’ and look at your various partitions – choose the largest one, preferably a storage volume, either FAT or NTFS, shrink it by say 20GB, then format that 20GB partition using ext4, DO NOT format your larger data partition, now exit GParted Hit installer or open a root terminal, type ‘minstall’ sans quotes, follow the GUI, use the partition you just created – you can do this entire operation over various screens, for easy reference, back und forth, until its done – dont rush it. Once you are done installing everything, reboot, unplug stick, and there’s your very spartan new boot menu, which we will beautify later ... let it reboot ... your fresh install will be the top entry, or simply hit enter. Should MX Tools, MX Boot Options not work for you – it has never for me, install Grub Customizer – in Repo – works as advertised – beware, it is a somewhat slow, tedious re-write to MBR.... let it finish This rendition can be used as a building block, for all kinds of interesting projects – from secure banking, to fixing errant Operating Systems, file/picture recovery or a full blown Internet WYSIWYG system or SOHO or anonymous email-client ... Unix is, after-all, all about choices - this iso is fully functional, and up-to-date as of 09/11/2019... Once its installed, hit Menu, Sound & Video > Audacious > hit Play arrow, Hit the Speaker Icon, in lower right tray, untab mute, increase volume Hit menu, Accessories, Compiz Start ... its all singing & dancing ... If there is ‘fire’ on your screen, Compiz is cooking ... have fun Kindly read the WINDOWS.txt blurb also … Rufus [MSFT USB Utility] is on our site also .. download it at the same time An updated SOHO is also in the works for all you aspiring web-site builders, even includes a fairly decent WYSIWYG editor, FTP/SSH client, stay tuned. Remember - this O/S can be used for your Internet Banking, all Anonymous Browsing, a Fix Windows Anything Disk ... its a world-Class Rescue Disk. Happy Anonymous Internet Cruising ... have fun, y'all !! NB - this is a live [RAM] system - there are zero records traces once you reboot - Google, which I seldom use, now asks if I want 'English' translations - thinks I am in Latvia, Malta, et al ... my Adblocker activity has dropped by +75%, so has my data usage ... life is good - the 'Net as its supposed to be ... enjoy Regards Jack https://sourceforge.net/projects/mx-kde-iso/files/

I might drop down the deposit amount for a yearly lease. This 3rd floor room has mostly all new electronics in it(air cond, fridge, microwave) and mattress so that is why I try to protect myself with a larger deposit. I might consider allowing a renter to pay some of the deposit money over a few months . Honestly, if the extra few thousand baht is that critical then I might wonder if the rent will be paid on time. We are only talking about 100 or so pounds/dollars. I always return the deposit on the same day as the renter leaves, after we square up the final electric/water usage. I never make people wait for their deposit to be returned and I don't nit-pick about small things. I don't worry about marks on the walls and I understand that electronic things break. As long as you don't smash the TV over your g/f's head you will have no problem getting your deposit back.

I honestly don't know enough about networks to even suggest an answer. Where are you geographically, what browser, and what provider can be the only issues if all else is OK. I could suggest clearing your cache, that sometimes helps, but you've probably tried that, and deleting cookies. The interweb is a mysterious life form, more temperamental than Matty, so you never know.
